What is this place all about?
amy-land.com is amy's information outlet. It's really amy's own place on the Web where she can access her own information.
amy wanted her own space on the Web and started with 'amy's Corner of the Web' which was initially hosted by charm.net - she decided to spend some money and get her own domain name and hence amy-land.
amy has had her own websites for over thirteen years. Wow, how time flies! You can see what the previous incarnation of amy-land.com looked like on the left - amy decided to do a major site overhaul in Spring/Summer 2005 and then some minor site changes in Fall 2008.
The site is updated whenever amy gets around to it, so there are no promises as to the currency of anything on this site.
Don't get amy wrong, she's glad you stopped by, but this site is really designed with amy in mind. What? amy never knows when she might need some picture or document or project when she's out & about - this is how amy keeps track of her life.
So okay, who is this amy?
amy is a dog owning, doll collecting, web page creating, music loving nut. But you should have gotten all that just by viewing some of the amy-land pages.
amy's work background includes numerous years of experience in information provision and web page experience.
amy has collected dolls for many years and is always willing to share what she knows about dolls and doll collecting.
Dogs have been a part of amy's family for a long time - a furry sibling and now furry children.
