Over the River
Foxy loved to go out and visit parts of the neighborhood - over to the barn at the farmhouse next door, over the hill and through the cornfield behind the house, or just visiting her friends.

She didn't always come running when you first called her; in fact, she liked nothing better than to hide under a bush and watch you as you called and whistled for her!
Foxy would have liked exploring on the web. There were a few times when brought back presents - things like a dead mouse or bunny pieces. Who knows what she would have found of interest on the web?
Foxy was a truly great and unforgettable friend. For me, she'll always be at the top of my list of unforgettable dogs. She belongs with those other classics:

Foxy was known by several names, some nice (Foxy Belle, Foxy Lady, Foxy Girl) and some not so nice. If you're trying to decide on a name for your dog, why not try the Index of Famous Dogs?

Foxy was a truly smart dog, had she been able to turn the pages in a book, it's no doubt that she might have pawed through Dogs on the Web.
In her later years, Foxy got kind of picky about what she wanted to eat - she wasn't happy with the cans from the grocery store anymore. Her favorite foods were the exotic & expensive cans of venison or rabbit dog food from Nature's Recipe. Foxy didn't care for rawhides or chew strips, but she did enjoy a good pig's ear. She loved Milk-Bone Flavor Snacks - as long as you would sit their and break them up into little pieces!
Foxy was a true pound puppy...please take a look for a new friend at some of Maryland's dog shelters and rescue organizations!
